What patients mention most
Reading through the listing, the same four things come up again and again, and they are the ones we care about: that each step was explained before it happened; that treatment was gentle, including for people who arrived frightened; that the clinic itself felt calm and well equipped; and that results matched what was promised — whitening that actually lightened, rebuilt teeth that look like teeth. Nobody mentions the view, which we take as a sign they were relaxed enough not to notice it.
How we handle reviews
- We never pay for or incentivise them. It is against Google's rules and it would make this page worthless to you.
- We never filter. Google shows every review left, good or bad, and so does the widget on our homepage — it pulls the latest ones live from the listing.
- We reply to every one, and if something went wrong we would rather hear it directly: +961 71 400 667.
- Before-and-after photos in our case gallery are this clinic's own patients, published with written consent — never stock images.
How to read dental reviews in Lebanon
Reviews are the main thing people use to choose a dentist here, and they are worth rather less than the weight put on them — not because they are usually fake, but because of what they tend to measure. Some things worth holding in mind while you read ours and everybody else’s.
- Most reviews rate the visit, not the dentistry. They are written within a day or two, when what is memorable is whether the reception was warm, whether you were kept waiting and whether it hurt. Whether the margin on a crown was sealed properly is not knowable to the patient for several years, and by then almost nobody goes back to update a review.
- A perfect score on a small number means very little. Five reviews at 5.0 is a handful of pleased people, not evidence. Several hundred at 4.6 is a real distribution, and the negative ones in it are usually the most informative thing on the page — read how the clinic replied.
- Count is partly a function of age and volume. A clinic operating since the 1970s with six chairs will accumulate reviews a single-dentist practice cannot match in the same period, whatever the quality of the work. It is a measure of throughput and years as much as of care.
- Look for specifics. “Best dentist in Beirut!” tells you nothing. “She showed me the X-ray and explained why the tooth needed a crown rather than another filling” tells you how the clinic communicates — and it is much harder to write if it did not happen.
- Watch the timing. Twenty reviews in one week and none for the preceding year is a campaign, not a pattern.
By these standards our own count is modest and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We are a single-dentist clinic and every review was left by someone who was actually treated here. We would rather that grew slowly and honestly than quickly.
What reviews can't tell you
Reviews measure how a visit felt, not clinical quality — a filling can feel wonderful and leak in two years. So alongside reading reviews, check the things you can verify at a first visit: an examination before any price, a written itemised quote naming the materials, rubber-dam isolation for root canals, real documented cases, and a dentist who will tell you when to see a specialist. We wrote that checklist down in how to choose the best dentist in Beirut, and we invite you to hold us to every line of it.
